Working directly with local, organic farms and food producers, Chef Jeff Scott prepares delicious New England fare with only the best seasonal ingredients – local farm fresh produce, free-range meats & poultry, seasonal game, Vermont artisan cheeses, home-baked breads & desserts. As long time members of the Vermont Fresh Network (a partnership of Vermont chefs, farmers and food artisans) we are dedicated to supporting local agricultural & bringing the best of Vermont’s fresh, sustainable ingredients to your table.
The restaurant is open year round on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights with reservations from 6pm – 7:30pm. Wednesdays mid-June until the end of August the dining room is closed but instead we offer our Woodfired Pizza and Music nights outside on the lawn.
We will be closed for dinner March 20 – April 18, 2024 while Jeff takes a well-deserved vacation. We will still be serving breakfast daily for our inn guests that month as well as Easter Sunday Brunch!
